Your post is far superior to mine.;) <br /><br />The Hancock Museum is really fabulous. <br /><br />I agree about objects, there is far too much of a move towards too many inter-actives. Often they take something away from the very reason for being at the museum in the first place. I am sure you will be pleased to hear that there are very few in my museum :)<br /><br />Of course, there is one place that we have both omitted and it should have been mentioned; The Pitt Rivers in Oxford. Many, many objects of the weird and wonderful and probably one of the most inspiring museum collections in the world...<br /><br />Please don't feel you need to comment or even read my blog, its a random collection of thoughts, reviews, pointless stupidity. I spend my days writing academic reports, exhibition texts and cataloguing.
